Policy updates over time
iCounts how many policies had their last-modified date fall in each month, grouped by calendar month. Based on the "last updated" timestamp from SharePoint for all 36 documents in the Policy Hub site.

What you're looking at, where the data came from, and how to read it.
What this shows
Every policy document indexed on the Infoblox Policy Hub SharePoint site
(sharepoint.com/sites/Policies), across its Finance, Information Security, Legal, and People
libraries. For each policy we show its name, who last modified it, when it was last modified, and when it was created/posted.
Data snapshot
Pulled once from SharePoint via Glean on 2026-07-16 and baked into this file as static data.
The numbers do not refresh when you reopen the page — use the toolbar Refresh data action to regenerate with the latest state.

How to read it
Click any column header to sort (click again to reverse). Use the search box to filter by policy name or person,
and the category chips to narrow by library. Click a policy name to open the source document in SharePoint.
Caveats
"Created / Posted" and "Last updated" reflect the timestamps SharePoint exposes to Glean's index. For several
Information Security policies these two dates coincide (a batch was re-published together on 2026-06-15), so the
created date there reflects that publication rather than the original authoring date. "Not recorded" appears where
SharePoint did not expose a modifying user.
Retrieval detail (technical)
Documents were enumerated with Glean Search scoped to the o365sharepoint app and filtered to URLs
under /sites/Policies/ (SharePoint site title "Policy Hub"), paginating across multiple keyword passes
and de-duplicating by URL. Fields used per document: title, owned_and_updated_by / updated_by,
update_time, create_time, and library path.

Colors are the Infoblox palette used on Blox360: Infoblox Green #00BD4D and the Blox360 theme
green #62D686, on a near-black ink neutral system.
